A certain aviation customer requested the processing of a titanium alloy thin-walled bracket, with a wall thickness of only 0.4mm and multiple deep cavities and angle holes. Traditional factories refuse orders due to high deformation risks. We have successfully entrusted them through 5-axis linkage and finite element simulation technology, with tolerances controlled within ± 0.008mm and no obvious vibration patterns on the surface.
