Our high tolerance milling service supports sensitive bulk consumption, seamlessly expanding from a single prototype to tens of thousands of pieces without sacrificing any precision. The minimum order quantity for small batches of prototypes is as low as 1-10 pieces, for medium batches it is usually 10-500 pieces, and for large batches it can easily exceed 10000 pieces.

We are compatible with a variety of high-performance materials, including aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V), stainless steel (304, 316), as well as other engineering plastics and specialty alloys. This ensures stable high tolerance milling of aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and stainless steel, meeting the requirements of different industries for weight, strength, and corrosion resistance.
Quality control extends sensitively with the batch range. Stop 100% first article inspection (FAI) for small batches; For large quantities, statistical process control (SPC) is introduced with a Cpk value of ≥ 1.33 (key items can reach 1.67 or above) to ensure process stability and long-term variability. This fully demonstrates our rich experience in fine batch CNC consumption.

We are equipped with industry-leading coordinate measuring machines (CMM), including Zeiss Prismo and Hexagon series equipment, with measurement uncertainty up to 0.001mm, providing authoritative verification for your parts.

Equipment & Technology
Our production workshop is equipped with multiple high-end 5-axis machining centers, each of which has a high rigidity structure, high-speed spindle, and excellent repeatability accuracy (typically within ± 0.002mm). The central parameters include spindle speeds up to 20000-40000 RPM, worktable scale habits for large components, and advanced thermal compensation systems.
The tool system adopts HSK high-precision tool holder and hot fitting technology to minimize tool runout and ensure the stability of messy surfaces and deep cavity machining. All processing is carried out in a constant temperature and humidity workshop (temperature controlled within ± 1 ° C), effectively eliminating the impact of thermal expansion on accuracy - this is the key experience to achieve long-term high service milling consistency.
