Casting process: Material pretreatment (inserts coated with adhesive or semi-conductive rubber, filler evacuated and dried, solid epoxy resin melted and evacuated, curing agent evacuated) → Material mixing (filler and epoxy resin mixed and evacuated first, then mixed with curing agent) → Pre-curing (casting material cured in a curing oven to a degree of curing of 80% or more) → Demolding and loading (product unmolded while maintaining appropriate temperature and quickly loaded into the next mold) → Post-curing (demolded product cured in a concentrated manner to improve degree of curing and release internal stress) → Post-treatment (cleaning product gates, mold seams, and other defects) → Inspection and packaging.
Compared to traditional insulating materials, epoxy vacuum casting products have many unique advantages:
① Minimal or no air gaps, resulting in excellent electrical insulation properties;
② Good flowability during casting, naturally filling the cavity and ensuring good product uniformity;
③ Due to their superior electrical properties, products can be miniaturized, optimizing the main unit structure;
④ Products can be formed into complex shapes in a single molding process, with good integrity between metal inserts and insulating materials;
⑤ Excellent weather resistance, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications;
⑥ Solid, flame-retardant, safe and convenient to use.
