Material Capabilities

In the field of stainless steel CNC machining, we are proficient in the fine machining of various stainless steel grades, and can accurately select materials based on the corrosion resistance, strength, and application environment of the workpiece to ensure optimal performance of the parts. The following are our center processing grades, each of which has been verified through 15 years of practical experience, separated from special heat treatment and tool optimization, to overcome the problems of sticking and hardening in stainless steel processing.

303 stainless steel:

Sulfur-containing easy cutting type, sulfur content 0.15% -0.35%, suitable for high-speed milling of threaded parts and shafts. The composition characteristics bring excellent cutting performance, but moderate corrosion resistance. We have optimized the cutting fluid and tool coating to increase machining efficiency by 30%, which is typically applied to valve cores and fasteners.

304 stainless steel:

The most commonly used austenitic stainless steel, with 18% chromium and 8% nickel, good corrosion resistance, suitable for food grade and ordinary industrial environments. The processing difficulty lies in the high toughness and easy occurrence of burrs. We adopt low-temperature cooling and multi axis linkage strategy, and the surface roughness is stable below Ra0.8 μ m.

316/316L stainless steel:

Add 2% -3% molybdenum to enhance resistance to chloride ions and acidic environment corrosion. 316L low-carbon version is suitable for welding and processing. Widely used in the medical and marine fields, we have accumulated over 2000 project experiences on 316L milling components, maintaining a precision of ± 0.01mm even after increasing hardness.

410 stainless steel:

Martensitic, heat treatable to HRC40, high strength but poor weldability. Suitable for wear-resistant areas, we have developed a dedicated annealing process to prevent cracks.

17-4PH stainless steel:

Precipitation hardening type, with a strength of 1170MPa after aging treatment, while maintaining good corrosion resistance. The processing difficulty lies in the high hardness after aging. We use PCD cutting tools and vibration suppression technology to achieve ultra-high precision of ± 0.01mm even after completing the 17-4PH hardness treatment.

2205 duplex steel:

A mixed structure of ferrite and austenite, with twice the resistance to stress corrosion and pitting corrosion as 316, suitable for high-pressure oil and gas environments. We control its biphasic equilibrium heat treatment to ensure microstructural stability.
