Our floor includes 3-axis, 4-axis, and full 5-axis CNC milling centers. The 5-axis machines matter most when parts have complex contours, deep pockets, or features on multiple faces. Running them in a single setup cuts stacking error and often improves surface finish compared with multiple 3-axis operations.
We run machines from DMG MORI and Haas, fitted with high-speed spindles, tool probes, and in-process measurement options. This setup supports both tight-tolerance one-offs and repeatable production work, all under the same high precision CNC milling standards regardless of order size.

We also machine tool steels, copper alloys, and selected exotics when the project requires it. Q: What file formats do you need for a quote?
A: STEP or IGES for 3D models, plus a PDF drawing with GD&T and critical dimensions called out. Native CAD files (SolidWorks, etc.) work too if that's easier on your end.
